At Webtoon Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit or if there is an issue with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
